Securely pack the product in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

Affix Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and attach it to the outside of the box.

Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
